Hello all! I wanted to let you know that our precious baby boy arrived Wednesday night at 5:27pm. He weighed in at 8 pounds 2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
I would like to be bold and ask for continued prayers for my healing. This labor was by far my worst one of the five and I am still in pain from it. The long story in short form is that we spent a lot of time waiting... waiting for the contractions, waiting for the epdiural, waiting for the petocin, waiting for baby boy to appear while having my epidural fail (twice, actually), and having my baby boy come out with his hand next to his hand which made me tear really badly. I ended up getting morphine after I delivered, which helped my pain level, and they also prescribed me some good meds to take at home. I am inproving daily, so thanks for the prayers!

it's only been 4 days, but it seems like forever ago since you gave birth :) thanks for allowing me to be witness to another miracle....you did a great job :)
sorry i joked about doing labor without an epidural...it REALLY WAS A JOKE...seriously...no one should have to do that :)
